With Rainmac raincoats you get the guarantee of performance and comfort that will last. Any manufacturing defect will be rectified free of charge.

Rainmac garments maintained correctly will be waterproof as all seams are taped. The only exception to this is the Carnaby coat where we are unable to tape the seam. Our PVC coats are however shower and weatherproof.

We all need to know where products we buy come from and how they are made. All Rainmac raincoats are exclusively designed by us and made for us.

Damage to your mackintosh garment by accident or normal wear and tear may be repairable by Rainmac at a reasonable cost. Please contact us on +44 (0)1730 817778 or email enquiries@rainmac.com for details.

If you return a garment under the Promise guarantee it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion free of charge.

Any modification made by you to the garment will invalidate this guarantee.

Occasionally quality issues occur and accidents happen so we provide comprehensive customer service to ensure you get the most from your Rainmac garment.
